Responsibilities and Duties - E-mail & Chat Support.
- Answering phone calls.
- Feedback Management.
- Order tracking.
- Basic Website maintenance.
- e-Commerce listing creation and optimization.
- SEO and generation of inbound traffic.
- Order processing.
- Inventory Management.
- Competitor analysis and market research.
- Performance and Conversion tracking.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Database entries
- Data presentation.
- Travel arrangements.
- Bookkeeping.
- Developing brand awareness and online reputation.
- Analyzing customer insights.
- Responding to inquiries and comments.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
- Ability to work seamlessly with remote teams
- Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills (English Language)
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Research and Data Analysis Skills
- Inventory and listing management Skills
- Knowledge in eCommerce SEO
- Spreadsheet management proficiency

- You must be based in the Philippines
- You must have at least TWO stable internet connection. One acts as your main internet and backup is the other.
- Above average skills in MS Office/Google Suites
- Mainly ready for online team meetings & 1:1 calls.
- Typing Speed of at least 50 WPM
